Below are agreements for protecting my art, design, photography, or any of my creative handiwork or intellectual property wether digital or physical.If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to report misuse of my designs, please contact me through one of these methods. Please include proof if reporting misuse or theft.

★ Deposits are non-refundable.
★ Artwork may be posted with credits or tagging me.
★ Artwork may be used as profile pictures, banners, other credited personal social media uses.
★ Artwork may be printed for personal use, but is not to be sold or printed for sale.
★ I will retain the full rights to my work.
★ Any commercial use is prohibited.
★ You may request your commission is not posted to my social media pages especially if the subject material is sensitive.
★ Tattoo designs are not to be taken to other artists without written permission from me.Commissions for commercial works fall under the following terms, breaking these terms will result in termination of contract and will result in being banned from working with me in the future. Depending on the severity of contract termination, may result in legal action.
★ A deposit of half of final price is expected before I can start working on our agreed project.
★ Prices will be finalized before deposit is payed.
★ Deposit is non-refundable.
★ Additions to project after deposit is payed will be added onto final price with notice at the time of addition. Aka, if we add another poster, webpage, etc. to our project we will make an agreement on the added cost.
★ Upon completion of project total payment is expected, failure to pay will result in contract termination and you will not have the rights to use my work.
★ Payment plans available to most commercial agreements, failure to adhere to payment plan will result in contract termination.
★ Project timeline will be agreed upon at beginning of our time together.
★ Changes made to timeline will need confirmation from all parties involved.
★ Unauthorized sales or misuse of my work will result in contract termination.General Terms for all of my work:
★ I do not use any AI, EVER, in any of my artwork.
★ Putting my artwork into an AI engine is prohibited. Breaking these terms may result in legal action, as a paying customer or as a consumer of my publicly available work.
★ Any impersonation or theft of my work is punishable by legal action and/or fines.
★ In the event that contract termination results in legal action, offending party will be liable for legal fees and damages.
★ In the event that retraction from contract is needed, we may enter an negotiation to end amicably.Agreeing to work with me, this means that you have properly read, understand, and agree to the terms listed in this document.A copy of the listed terms will be sent to all contracted clients. Thank you for your compliance.

What this includes for them is calls during fashion emergencies, zoom meetings, or meeting in person to discuss their goals and wants for their wardrobe, expression, or project.
I return their desires as tangible clothing and lists of other items and sources for their own exploration of style.What you get as a styling client:

I’ve worked in a variety of shops including Fantasmagoira Tattoo, and Sonny’s House of Tattoos and Treasures.

Guts+ Magazine ★

Guts+ was a fashion and lyfestyle magazine co-owned by two portland creatives. Our first edition was set to print August 2024, however, before the final was sent to print the magazine agreed to dissolve. You can find information through the instagram page @guts.plus

Graphic Design Experience ★

★ I interned for a year in Romania under the company Senna Designs. Company focus was mainly on web design and UI interfaces. I learned how to use HTML and Java Script.
★ An ongoing offer I have for clients are Anti-AI event posters. I offer my graphic design skills to work with event organizers, companies, small businesses, individuals, other artists, etc. for affordable prices, no one turned away for lack of funds.
